HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

We will process your order on bussiness days.

Shipping will only occur during business days.Business day:Monday-Friday.

Orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx & DHL and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

We are currently experiencing shipping delays and working hard every day to get your orders to you.

Please expect 5-10 days for standard shipping plus 3-5 days for processing.

Processing times are longer due to increased precautionary measures to keep our customers and team safe during this time.

We do not have any control over customs and international shipping couriers once the product arrives in your country. If you have any delays, please first check your email shipment update, then check customs.

We cannot guarantee shipping times, the above is the average shipping times in business days. Also note that Holidays, any Acts of God, Customs, or International shipping can delay these arrival times.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 48 hours creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact us by email. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please notify us by email immediately, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– Your order number.

– A picture of the damaged product.

NOTE:

1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

4. The return shipping fee is at customers’ own expense.

5. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

6. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

7. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

8. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

9.There is no need to pay additional duties and taxes, and the costs outside the order are borne by us.

We will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and get back to you asap.
