When will I receive my order ?

The processing of your orders, manufacturing and delivery (free of charge) take 9 to 14 business days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality and freshness of the roses.

How can I track my package ?

A tracking number is automatically issued when your package is shipped. Visit our “Parcel Tracking” page with this number.

How much does delivery cost ?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum purchase quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge (except DOM-TOM). In order to satisfy the entirety of the orders, we deliver from several warehouses all over the world.

My order is not complete

If your order contains several items, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses, they may be sent separately. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I did not receive my package

With our secure delivery service, Fleur Eternelle takes care of the formalities for you. We assume full responsibility for a lost or damaged package, by placing a new order at our expense.

– Cancellation and return

Can I modify my order ?

It is possible to modify your order while it is being processed. Once you have received a tracking number and a shipping confirmation, the order is then handed over to our delivery service provider and we no longer have the ability to change it.

Can I cancel my order ?

I wish to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect. Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment.However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the relevant product (in the original packaging if possible) to [email protected] along with your order number. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
